YWCA kicks off the "Get Fit for the Health of It" Texercise program from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Texercise is a 12 wee program (through March 23rd) that promotes regular physical activity and good nutrition; it helps maintain and improve balance, independence, and flexibility and is geared toward older people and people with disabilities.
