2008 Young Business Person of the Year

It is my pleasure to introduce you to our 2008 Young Business Person of the Year.  I’m sure many of you will recognize his name, but you’ll be proud to know he’s determined to make his own mark on our community.  His business opened its doors only 18 months ago, but has grown steadily during that time. You’ve probably seen this young man’s face in numerous places around town, bus stops, billboards, TV and even the movie theaters. 

His friends say he is the kind of person who has the ability to not “sweat the small stuff” which many of us know can be quite the feat in our city.  This young man was raised in our Community, attended college at UT and made his way back to town with the hope of helping Corpus Christi become the great city we all know it is, can, and will be. He sees the need to find ways to keep our young professionals in the area and re-attract those who have already left. 

He is a graduate of Leadership Corpus Christi, serves on the Literacy Council Board of Directors, and is volunteering for our Chamber as a Corpus Christi Under 40 Steering Committee Member.
